Eve Zeisel

Dan and I went to the Dank Haus for a vintage bazaar. It was a collection of vintage/retro dealers all in one place for the weekend. There was food and drink and a free photo booth. We weren't planning on buying anything but we met a very enthusiastic dealer who had some Eva stuff and I really liked these salt and pepper shakers. They are inspired by a mother and child. They are her "iconic" design. She lived until 105 and died this last December. All her stuff was made so it fit nicely in the hand. You can still buy her designs today all over the place, they are timeless.
